Yes — we handle any HOA transfer paperwork on our end so it's simple for you.
Do you accept houses that need rehab?
Yes. Houses needing work are welcome; we assess and either rehab or repurpose the parcel.
Is the tax deduction different for a house vs. raw land?
No — both are deductible at full appraised fair market value under our 501(c)(3) status, EIN 85-4281929.
